Since I arrived in Sarasota in 2000, I fell in love with this place.

I am originally from Peru, and like many who emigrate to this country, I came looking for the American dream. I was given that dream when I was able to buy my first home in 2001.

And later, I was able to get my license as a Realtor so I could help others achieve that American dream.

I was a lawyer back in Peru and those 10 years of experience in that profession as a negotiator plus the knowledge gained in my current profession have allowed me to help get homes for many families and managed to be the top seller for many years in the company in which I worked.

Now as a broker of my own company, my mission is to train Agents not only put their knowledge, commitment and professionalism helping buyers and sellers but also their heart, because I consider that the motto of our company. Is not only to transmit safety and knowledge to our customers but also heart in the effort, getting the best for our clients not only for their homes but for their investments.

It is our motto that when you get your house, that you feel completely satisfied, happy with your purchase and make that experience the best possible.
